Darby Creek Soups Gourmet Corn Chowder Mix
Gluten Free, No saturated Fat, No cholesterol, No MSG
Directions:
Bring 4 cups water and 4 cups milk (for a creamier soup Half & Half may be used to substitute milk) to a boil. Add contents of package. Simmer 30 to 35 minutes until corn is softened, stirring often.

At this time add one 14oz can of cream corn. You may also add fresh or canned crab for a crabby corn chowder or a ˝lb of cooked hamburger for a Sheppard's Stew. Salt and Pepper to taste.

if lowfat or skim milk is being used, use 8 cups milk and no water
