Amelia's Gourmet Dehydrated Crab Chowda Mix

Low Cholesterol, Low Sodium, No MSG, Sugar Free, Gluten Free

Weight 6oz (170g)

Servings: Serves 8 Adults
 Directions:
Add 4 cups of half & half and 4 cups water to the chowda mix. Bring this to a slow boil and simmer this for about 20 minutes.

Then add 1 can of undrained crab (you may substitute for one pound fish for a fish chowda). Simmer until potatoes are tender. Cooking time is about 30 to 35 minutes.

Whole milk and fat free half & half may be substituted for regular half & half.

Salt and pepper to taste
