Amelia's Grourmet Dehydrated Scallop Chowda Mix

No MSG, Sugar Free, Low Cholesterol, Low Sodium, Gluten Free

Servings: Serves 8 Adults
 Directions:
Add 4 cups half & half and 4 cups water. Now add your chowda mix. Bring this to a slow boil and simmer for about 20 minutes then add one pound of diced fresh scallops (for a shrimp chowda you may use one pound of peeled uncooked shrimp as a subbstitute for scallops). Cook until potatoes are soft. Total cooking time is about 30 to 35 minutes.
