Darby Creeks Gourmet Split Pea Soup Mix
No Saturated Fat, No Cholesterol, No MSG, Gluten Free
Directions:
Soak peas overnight in 3 to 4 cups of cold water (soaking beans is not required but greatly reduces cook time). Drain and rinse peas. In a 5 quart pot, combine the peas and the flavor packet with 8 cups water then bring to a boil. Cover and boil until peas are tender. Add more water if neccessary. At this time you may add pieces of ham if desired.

Split Pea Soup
I bought this soup at our county fair this past summer. I made the soup today with our left-over ham bone from the holidays. I want to say it was excellent just like the sample I tried. Will purchase again. The flavor was mild yet very tasty. I recommend anyone to try it if they like split-pea soup.
