Rating Great tasting way to get benefits of broccoli

Aside from being a great tasting soup and easy to make, it is a good way to get broccoli into kids and others who balk at eating the veggie (as did Pres. Bush). I often add additional broccoli when making the soup to up the amount of the veggie and serve the soup with shredded cheddar sprinkled on the hot soup. Try this soup even if you don''t like broccoli ... you''ll like this.

Rating Cheese makes even a broccoli hater a lover

Some of my family does not favor broccoli. With this I can add in more fresh broccoli and they don't notice. Can be a standalone meal with a nice slice of homemade bread.
