Amelia's Gourmet Dehydrated Shrimp Chowda Mix
No MSG, Gluten Free, Low Cholesterol,
Add 4 cups half & half and 4 cups water. Now add your chowda mix. Bring this to a slow boil and simmer for about 20 minutes then add one pound of peeled uncooked shrimp (for a scallop chowda you may use one pound of diced fresh scallops as a subbstitute for shrimp). Cook until potatoes are soft. Total cooking time is about 30 to 35 minutes.

Whole milk and fat free half and half may be substituted for half & half.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Great for lobster. Added three par boiled cleaned 1 1/4 lb lobsters, three potatoes diced and blanched, an onion diced and pan fried with celery. 8 cups fat free half and half. Cooked as directed. Added lobster at the end about 10 min. left. Cam out awesome. Big E 10/22/19
